321 Titanium Stabilized Stainless Steel — 321 stainless steel (UNS S32100) achieves stabilization through titanium addition (Ti≥5×C), effectively preventing chromium carbide precipitation at grain boundaries and significantly enhancing intergranular corrosion resistance. Compared to 304, 321 demonstrates superior oxidation resistance and creep strength in the 427°C-816°C temperature range, making it ideal for elevated-temperature service. It also maintains excellent weldability without requiring post-weld solution treatment.
